Here's a rare photo of Strip Van Wrinkle, the inaugural Claymate of the Month from the cover of "Frame by Frame," the monthly newsletter I wrote and laid out during my time as Production Manager for Will Vinton Productions (1977-1980). (I also did one of Beverly Hippo, but unfortunately don't have a pic of her.)
Years later, I was having lunch with Will in his studio office and noticed a vanity license plate on his bookshelf that read CLAYM8.
